1 MUG Choc cake
Did you say healthy-ish comfort food? This easy-peasy mug cake is quick and simple to make. But remember it is still only a ‘sometimes’ food!
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons almond meal
- 1 tablespoon rice malt/ maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a large mug and mix well
- Cook in microwave on high for 80 seconds
- Add coconut yoghurt if you like and enjoy!
