1. What is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. It combines short bursts of intense effort with brief recovery periods. Think squats, lunges, push-ups, sprints — all performed in quick circuits. Each class can be a little different, and it’s easily adapted to all levels.

2. What is Metafit?
Metafit is a branded version of HIIT, built around bodyweight exercises and designed to be fast, effective and tough. It’s always under 30 minutes, with no fluff — just old-school moves like burpees, planks, high knees and squat jumps.
Great for: fast results, lean muscle and no-fuss training.
3. Key Differences
While both HIIT and Metafit are intense and time-efficient, HIIT classes can be more varied in structure — sometimes incorporating equipment or circuit formats. Metafit is shorter, stricter in structure and always follows a set format (so you’ll know what to expect).
