Personal Training 45 Minutes – 10 Pack


For an even more supported approach when exercising. Different times available throughout the day when class isn’t on. During the initial sessions we establish what your goals are and write a tailored program, working on the specifics of how to train you to get you there.

These can also include Pilates Reformer Bed, Metafit and Boxing sessions. This 10 pack must be used within a 3 month period.
