Change of season immune boosting soup

Are you suffering from the Winter nasties, being rundown and can’t shake the feeling of being completely depleted?

I have been. I felt so out of sorts and couldn’t understand why… I think that I am eating enough veggies and red meat, drinking enough water and getting enough sleep… but I guess I can always do better. I asked my treasured naturopath Pam Murphy from Green Oaks Natural Medicine her thoughts and she gave me this incredible soup mix. Reading the ingredients label, I needed to Google most of the words (except for mushrooms, goji, turmeric, salt) – but I am came to the conclusion that it was all soo amazingly natural and from ancient learnings! WOW!

I boiled it up as directed and drank some as a delicious and nutritious drink and put the rest in my bean stew! I felt soo great after I had it, so comforting and satisfying. I cant recommend it highly enough. I’m making another batch tonight to get me through the last month on Winter!
