Team McLean Fitness Club is a boutique and unique club; we are not your typical gym, right here in Belmont, Geelong. 

We are committed to all things wellness, mental and physical health and believe in balance. A no fuss, no nonsense community, where you are free to be you. 

We believe it’s important to learn and take action, give confidence and be challenged in a supported space that is dedicated to you. 

Even through we are smaller than your usual fitness club, we offer an exclusive experience, offering a customised service for you and your specific needs. We understand and celebrate all bodies, and by creating this personalised experience, we plan and work with your uniqueness – as no-body is the same!

Our boutique group fitness classes are just that. Individualised, specialty and have a capped number at 8 people per classs, so Coach Kristen can give each teammate the support they deserve and pay attention to detail in technique to get the maximum results in each group class. 

Purposely keeping our group fitness classes numbers low, also enables us all to have a great time together and get to know each other. Encouraging each other along, laughing, whinging together all creates the great TEAM atmosphere we all love. 

Group fitness classes are available a different times of the day, early mornings for before work and later afternoons for after work. There are express classes that go for 30mins to power through it and longer 45mins to get more in. 

Classes include 

  • Circuits : abs, butts, thighs, shoulders, back; anything goes in these classes!
  • Strength : based on heavy weights. 
  • HIIT : High intensity interval training is time based we also do Metafit
  • Boxing : For all abilities, come and learn how to box or fine tune stamina and technique.
  • Mat Pilates / Core and stability : Focussing on the breath, control, being centred.
